It has been to long since our last post, and because life has been happening, and not just ordinary things, but hard life.
We have been repite caring for a sweet baby girl, Journie. She was born at 25 weeks and life has just been hard on her, all of her energy goes just to taking her every single breath. She has had a journey herself, we have cared for her before but when she came into our care the second time, she was fighting the battle to just stay alive, on September 27th at 11:15am she lost her battle here on earth, Jesus gently took her from my arms and into his, it was the sweetest moment to know that he waited til we were outside on the deck her chest to mine where she took her last breath.
My earthly body does miss her and her sweet face and her hot pink toe nails, but God has been so gentle to hold me so close and give me peace, so when those tears fall they are falling because we serve such gentle savior. Journie Mays-Price 2/8/2009-9/27/2009
Jamie and I filled out our adoption paperwork about 2 weeks ago and never even submitted it. It just wasnt time yet, well today October 1,2009. The check has been cut and the forms are being placed in a envelope to be mailed. May today be a changing day in our lives.

Favor...
I'm running this race, have been dehydrated, knocked down and even injured, but I have not stopped running because of these trials, I have kept running holding my saviors hand the whole way through. I know the finish line is there, even though I can not see it yet. But God does, and he knows that I will faithfully keep running all the way to the finish line while the whole way through I will be praising his name. I will cross that finish line with my arms in a V, for finishing this race I will have VICTORY and in that my father will show...FAVOR!

To you only be all the glory.

Loving the race we are running and just holding out for the victory finish.
Keep us in your prayers God is moving in our lives, pray for clarity for us.
Have a blessed day and God bless!

Photos will soon becoming from our Adoption Benefit Concert, but you know that feeling you get when words can't explain the way you feel, I have that today.
Last night was the adoption concert and I kept telling people that it was flawless last night, the spirit of the lord was present and I could have not asked for more, Jamie said this moring he wishes more people would have come, even though we had well over 150 in attendance, he was just wishing that more people could have experienced what we had last night, Friends...that is what being a witness it all about. We want those that do not have Chirst as their savior to want what we have! It is contagious and we have a glow, who does not want that?? This blog could be a novel with the words that I have, but I will not. We have the concert on DVD and on an audio cd too, word out is that we will make copies and they will be available for those who missed it.
It was amazing!! Glory be to God only!!
